Tour Operator Matching Program Now Available to Travelers for Free

SEATTLE—Adventurers yearning to enjoy unique vacations need search no more, thanks to online travel directory VoyageTrek’s new program. Called AdventureMatch, it’s a free match-making service for travelers who face the often overwhelming plethora of travel options including the current program focus on cycling tours, fly fishing lodges, and dude ranch vacations. 

With the free, online assistance of AdventureMatch, interested travelers need only answer a few, simple questions to be recommended the three most compatible travel options, chosen by VoyageTrek staff and based on each traveler’s unique wants and needs.

Separate from VoyageTrek’s free, online directory, AdventureMatch is a program designed to highlight upscale travel attractions, and is free to interested consumers, and offered to specially selected and screened travel operators on a low, per-customer inquiry lead cost. For a minimal $50 pre-payment, staff selected tour operators may begin generating customer leads, with the low risk of paying per lead with no other fees and being able to cancel the program anytime for any reason.

To best serve both audiences, the unique match-making program is currently only available in a couple of special vacation categories, maximizing the value to VoyageTrek advertising partners. As the program continues to grow, additional travel segments will become available, including custom travel matching for safaris, food and wine tours, and adventure cruising.

One of AdventureMatch’s newest customers is King Mountain Ranch Resort, which sits high in the Colorado Rockies on land surrounded by national forest and park. Having hosted US Presidents, astronauts, movie stars, and families from around the world in its storied eighty year history, King Mountain Ranch makes an ideal destination for VoyageTrek’s new program. 

General Manager Michael Smith saw the program as a way to augment existing marketing programs. He says, “We saw AdventureMatch as a way to get new customer inquiry leads with very little effort - and at low risk since we pay by the lead and can pause or cancel the program at anytime. In the first couple weeks we booked a family stay for $8,000 and think we’re about to make two more bookings shortly from the initial leads.
