Information Submission Guide for Tour Operators

Add information about your company and services.  This is what consumers will see displayed on VoyageTrek.com.  If our editors have already begun a listing for you, certain fields may be pre-populated with the information that is currently being displayed.  Please make any additions or modifications that you like.  See the Tour Operator FAQ for guidelines and tips on submitting information.

Participation is Free and Easy.

Submitting information on VoyageTrek.com is a great way to get free marketing and new customers, and tour operators who register and submit information will be listed atop other tour operator listing that are compiled by our editors… which means registering, and registering sooner, will get more consumer traffic to your website (see ranking methodology for details).

AdventureMatch Program:  This optional advertising and lead referral program helps your company get new customers with special leads sent strait to your email.  You can apply, with no obligation, for this program in Step 5 and we’ll get in touch with you when this program is available for your company.

Just a few quick steps before you are up and running.  Here is what to expect:

Most tour operators and travel suppliers will be able to complete this registration and submission process in about five to fifteen minutes.  Tour operators with many tours and destinations may take a little longer. 

We currently only accept submissions from travel providers who directly sell and operate their tours and services, and do not list travel agents or resellers.

All entries are subject to editorial review and changes.
