Cliff Hawk founded VoyageTrek in 2007 to help people find their ideal vacations. Prior to VoyageTrek, Cliff worked in senior product management and business development positions for the Microsoft Corporation and MSN & Bing. Cliff managed the original paid search program, which then became MSN’s largest ad product and then the foundation of AdCenter and Bing Ads. Cliff later led partnerships with many of MSN and Bing’s largest media partners including many of the largest magazine, book, TV, and online media companies.

Prior to Microsoft, Cliff helped drive development of new advertising products for aQuantive, including the pioneering programs for search optimization and advertising. Prior to aQuantive, Cliff worked in product and operations management positions for Dell, Dunlop, and Princess Cruises. Cliff holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington, an MBA in Marketing from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and he completed graduate coursework in business at The Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management. Cliff received two MBA merit scholarships for academic achievement.

Cliff lives in Bellevue near Seattle with his wife. He enjoys traveling, skiing, golf, tennis, and the great outdoors.

Tracie Thorson most recently spent eight years at All Star Directories, a leading online directory and marketing services company. She was the Group Sales Manager where she exemplified account management, customer relationship, operational efficiency and lead generation expertise. Tracie also has a marketing background through her work at SuperValu International Marketing department and The Home Depot Advertising department.

She graduated Cum Laude at the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Tracie lives in Seattle with her husband and two children. She is an avid skier, loves family hikes, and a good glass of cabernet.
